Early Departure Fee: A one night room and tax fee will be charge to the attendee for an unscheduled early departure. An early departure fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
